Steve has worked in Facilities Management for many years and set up UK FM Services in 2017. Steve now employs over 40 people and the company has now grown to become an integral part of our clients supply chain firstname.lastname@example.org
Debbie was the first to join UK FM Services and started working along side Steve from his home for a few hours per work which very quickly escalated to full time. Debbie is in charge of all operations and is very much at the centre of all things UKFM! Debbie@ukfms.com
Business Development Manager – Fire Division
Josh was the first to Join UKFM and began working with Steve in October 2017. He now heads up a very busy Fire Division! email@example.com
Marketing & Social Media
Helen began working at UKFM Services at the beginning of 2019. Helen works part time in the office and looks after our Marketing, Social Media and organises any extra curricular drinks and events! firstname.lastname@example.org

Senior Account Manager
Jeremy joined us in the summer of 2019 and is now a senior account manager, heavily involved in the education sector. email@example.com
Business Development Manager
Ray began working with us in 2019. Ray and Steve knew each other having worked together in the past. When Ray isn’t busy looking after his clients he is here making us laugh with his endless stories and jokes. Ray@ukfms.com
Carly is our Finance Manager and began working with us in 2020. Carly now operates from our office in Wales, due to re-locating with her family. Carly commutes down to see us on a regular basis!
Paige works alongside Carly from our office in Wales.
Together they juggle their busy life with 2 young children, whilst taking care of all UKFMS’ accounting needs and still find time to come and visit us in Essex!
Fire Division Operations Manager
Denis began working with us as an Account Manager in 2020. Denis began as an account manager for our Social Housing accounts and has quickly moved up the ranks and become our Operations Manager for the whole Fire Division. firstname.lastname@example.org
Dan joined UKFMS in 2022 as our Office Manager. Dan brings 10 years’ experience of office management from the City of London, and looks after the day to day running of the office.

We also have many operations staff and engineers out in the field working hard to make sure every job runs smoothly and to schedule.

Clare has been with us since the summer of 2022 and provides much needed contract support for our account managers. Clare spends her time booking in works and managing the engineers diaries. She is the main contact for any project/works related queries.
Antony began working with us in 2020. Antony is part of our small works team, vital in making sure that all materials and supplies are ready and provided before we start works for each job.
