Steve Pierson, our Managing Director, has been at the helm of UK FM Services since its inception in 2017. With extensive experience in Facilities Management, Steve has successfully grown the company to employ over 40 skilled professionals. Under his leadership, UK FM Services has become an integral part of our clients' supply chains, known for delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions. Debbie Kent
Operations
Debbie Kent, who leads our operations team, has been a cornerstone of UK FM Services since the beginning. Joining the company as the first employee, Debbie quickly transitioned from part-time support to full-time operations management. Her dedication and expertise have been instrumental in the company’s growth and success. As the backbone of UK FM Services, Debbie ensures that all operational aspects run smoothly, making her central to everything we do.
Josh Leon
Business Development Manager – Fire Division
Josh Leon is the Business Development Manager for our Fire Division at UK FM Services. Since joining the team in October 2017, Josh has played a crucial role in the growth and success of our fire prevention services. As an expert in passive fire prevention, fire doors, fire stopping, and fire door surveys, Josh leads a dynamic and busy division dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of fire safety for our clients.
Helen Hilton
Marketing & Social Media
Helen began working at UKFM Services at the beginning of 2019. Helen works part time in the office and looks after our Marketing, Social Media and organises any extra curricular drinks and events! helen@ukfms.com
Julie Camfield-Baker
Admin Support
Julie is Debbies Auntie! Julie works part time in the office providing much needed admin support for our account managers. Julie@ukfms.com
Ray Nash
Business Development Manager
Ray began working with us in 2019. Ray and Steve knew each other having worked together in the past. When Ray isn’t busy looking after his clients he is here making us laugh with his endless stories and jokes. Ray@ukfms.com
Denis Odinstov
Fire Division Operations Manager
Denis began working with us as an Account Manager in 2020. Denis began as an account manager for our Social Housing accounts and has quickly moved up the ranks and become our Operations Manager for the whole Fire Division. denis@ukfms.com
Daniel Grant
Office Manager
Dan joined UKFMS in 2022 as our Office Manager. Dan brings 10 years’ experience of office management from the City of London, and looks after the day to day running of the office.
